EMIAS is an Informational system for Moscow City Healthcare Department with over 40,000 professional users (doctors and healthcare professionals) and patients.
Worked on:
— Cross-platform interface system for multiple user roles, front-end framework (as a designer), related documentation.
— Design team management and participation in product squad management.
— Improving collaboration inside the company and with other companies that participated in the project.
Achievements:
— Improved the EMIAS design system.
— Improved design-related business processes by using new tools and methodology; improved communication between the design team and other colleagues.
— Created Knowledge Base for better collaboration between designers, developers, analysts, product owners.
— Created new interfaces for professional users in healthcare and data analysts.
