End-to-end marketing process for three UBM events

Autonomously ran the end-to-end marketing process for three high revenue generating exhibitions and events and delivered a 6% increase in pure event attendees at the division’s main exhibition ‘Customer Contact Expo’ with a 325% YOY increase in crossover attendees from UBM’s co-located show – ‘eCommerce Expo’. Delivered a measured £106,000 revenue increase from the ‘Top 50 Companies for Customer Service’ programme.
