Feedback Requested on a new Collection/Delivery Subscription

Due to launch a monthly subscription service primarily for EBay/Gumtree/Facebook Marketplace buyers and sellers and would like feedback on whether it's a viable/attractive option for potential customers to pay a set monthly fee (£60 p/m 60 mile radius/£40 p/m 40 mile radius) for these services?
