GameJam - Holoproject Game

Last month, I had the privilege of being invited by my brother to participate in a GameJam. For five intense days, our mission was to create a game from scratch. During that time, I was simultaneously studying, working, and helping him develop the game. It was a challenging and rewarding experience, because it allowed me to relive an old dream of working with games. Our team, made up of four people, had my brother Lucas Lins as game designer and programmer, a friend of his as narrator, I invited my friend Jessy Magalhães to write the script and dialogues, while I was responsible for sound design, UI design and narration . Our project was ambitious, as we sought to bring inclusion to blind people, developing a game in which the player was guided only by the sense of hearing. This required extensive research and an empathetic approach to tackle this niche, as visual interaction is commonplace in mainstream games.
