Get Satisfied Website

The re-branding of the Get Satisfied website, the final piece of a complete overhaul.

Using Square Space, I came up with a brief of what our customers wanted and what the brand was about moving forward and designed the site myself.

Research showed that most customers are directed through facebook to the website rather than searches or direct traffic. The website needed to be clear and to the point, the end goal is about tickets being sold, If the majority of traffic is coming from social media then the customer would already be aware of the details of each event. The brand itself is about forward thinking underground dance music, the site had to be as modern and clean as possible but striking at the same time. The combination of a clear, simple layout, crisp white background and vibrant artwork throughout worked perfect in achieving this image. Making the user click on the image rather than have to read a whole host of text that they already knew kept the user on direction, if we think of the average customer they will come from the; facebook event page > website > to ticket portal

Our aim was to make this process as efficient as possible while keeping brand awareness clear throughout.
