Most people work out in the gym by the classical system. It means workouts in a specific program about three times a week. Several exercises per day, several reps each. The number of reps and working weights should be recorded in the training diary. So, Goom app is a workout diary, but not in paper form. You just train, enter results, then browse. That’s all.
