The London underground is hated to many people. This experience creates the outside world in the dark dank tubs of the underground. The idea focuses on what people want rather than what they need and that can often be forgotten or unappreciated by major companies. As a person who travels the London underground I feel that I am missing out on the beautiful city and slowly feel claustrophobia creep in. the customers don't just benefit but so does The TFL. The TFL has to cope with a lot of abuse from angry commuters, changing the environment for them will ease their frustration for everyone creating better service.
This concept is made to help make the underground more interesting. It's done by immersing yourself in a simulated outside world made up of three elements. A sky projector, tunnel animation using the zoetrope method and a interactive screen. The interactive screen give the user a chance to demo a live view of five location before being sent a booking form directly to your phone. In the video it shows a girl immersing herself in the new environment. She then makes an impulsive decision to view and book a ticket to The Shard that she enjoys later that day or week.
