Greek Islands

For my graduate collection, I have explored the theme ‘Greek islands’, aiming to continue to develop and refine my artistic voice by combining abstract and figurative elements in a sophisticated manner. It investigates the theme encompassing scenic landscapes and elements of architecture via gesture mark making, as well as incorporating a graphic style to juxtapose my more fluid marks. Experimenting with hand screen prints, continuing to focus on colour separation as well as the combination of digital and hand investment to enrich the surface. Creating a collection intended for high-end nature inspired interior applications, specifically looking at Biophilic Design.
