During a battle in Afghanistan, a helicopter pilot Raul “The Stork” (34) loses the sight from one eye and his best friend, a gunner Henry “Dove” dies in deadly wounds. After returning home, depressed Raul who is stripped of his wings, infuriates his wife and she moves away from him with their child. Raul feels like a useless cripple and decides to end his life. He builds a flying machine from helium balloons and decides to take the last flight of his life.
