Harbourside Sessions is my own production company and YouTube based platform that promotes musicians via a dedicated team of creative Sound Engineers, Cinematographers and Photographers. Founded during my first year at Falmouth University the enterprise had a very successful 2-year stint of work. I act as Director and onsite/post-production sound engineer and camera/lighting assistant. My roles encompass booking artists, negotiating prices with them/their agents, online marketing (building a presence pre-release of our videos), social networking via Twitter, Facebook and YouTube and also hiring freelance crew.
We have a catalogue of high quality session videos on our own sites and have also been hired by Asahi Beer to create a promotional video and by Anderwood Guitars to produce a series of videos with their most prominent endorsed artists. We have also worked at music festivals on our own stage filming and recording artists from performing over the weekends (See online portfolio).
