Identity Project "Dog Days"

  • ethan Carroll

This was my identity project for a graphic design class. This project included me having to create my own fake pet company, curate my own company design, and art direction. My seaside doggy daycare company puts the dog's happiness first and makes sure that they're relaxed and comfortable. For my company logo, I decided that I should include a dog since that's what this company is all about.

The packaging and products I really wanted to play up the dog character, "Milo", enjoying various activities on the beach. So I made a few more illustrations for this company and really pushed Milo into the picture to show off the atmosphere that I wanted to promote.
With these illustrations I explored the idea of a more expansive shop with many more items other than just the canvas bags for packaging. Keeping in mind that this company's location is right on the beach, I wanted to try to turn this doggy day care into more of a brand. I began to include clothing, accessories, and dog items as well.
