InstaHelp

Research-based project commission by Coin Research to extend the collaborative study (di)Connected Lives. With a team of five, I prototyped a solution for users of Instagram to utilise the platform more safely. We implemented desktop research, primary research, concept strategy and storytelling to ideate our solution. The result was InstaHelp, a plug-in aiming to foster the positive effects of images on Instagram and lower the negative ones to empower users at navigating and managing their digital lives.
