Jackpot Digital once again shows that it is on the right path to expansion as gambling providers of gambling announce major deals. Most recently, the British Columbia-based company announced that it has signed a master service agreement with PEN Entertainment. The latter is one of the largest casino operators in the United States with 43 properties across 20 states.
Based in Vancouver, BC, Jackpot Digital is a leading developer of electronic table games for cruise ships and the legitimate casino industry. The game provider is known for its multiplayer gaming products, such as poker and casino games, and is highlighted by a powerful back-end toolbar that allows operators to efficiently control and leverage their activities.
As part of a master service agreement with PEN Entertainment, the Canadian supplier will deliver world-class products to land casino operators. The agreement also sets conditions for all future installations and revenue sharing of industry-leading Jackpot Blitz® ETG in casinos in North America's PEN.
In a press release announcing the agreement, BC Gaming Brands shared that it expects to deliver its first order to operators in early 2023. But to do so would require conventional regulatory approval. Further announcements on the installation of ETG are expected soon from the table game manufacturer.
Jake Calpakian, president and CEO of the supplier, said demand for Jackpot Blitz® ETG has risen sharply since the recent reopening of casino properties across the industry. The senior executive explained this through a macro approach to automation in the sector. He also shared the excitement of extending the PEN entertainment partnership and continuing to work together.
Over the past few months, Jackpot Digital has signed several important partnership agreements to expand its operations into the U.S.-regulated casino industry. For example, in October 2022, the company agreed to deliver and install two Jackpot Blitz® machines at Sac & Fox Casino. Game Amenities is located in Kansas, USA and has already enhanced exceptional game options.
In October, the company also announced the sale of two Jackpot Blitz® Dealerless Poker ETGs to international casino customers. The customer in question is a group of commercial casinos located in Vietnam, which owns and operates several casino properties in Vietnam. Each table sold for US$75,000, resulting in total company revenue of US$150,000.
Then in November, the B.C. company built on the momentum of the United States once more. The provider entered into a partnership agreement with Chumash Casino Resort in Santa Inez, California. As part of the deal, the manufacturer incorporated four of its state-of-the-art Jackpot Blitz® ETGs into the company's casino floor. The casino boasts 94,000 square feet of floor space with more than 2,300 slots, 45 tables, and bingo rooms.
