? Running the Technical department
? Running all facilities
? Working with all clients on each event, structure and execution
? Quality control of all events and marketing
? Scheduling and management of all facilities
? Data wrangling
? Management of IT systems
? Managing event team, Technical team, staff and empowering
? Quote and manage purchase of all new equipment and consumables
? Booking, scheduling and arranging all venues
? Setup of all tech equipment, staging, projectors, speakers, PA systems and AV needs
? Maintenance and organizing of all event needs
? Production management of entire complex
