In the midst of the pandemic last year, Emma took the decision to leave her beloved job in advertising to start Born Equal Consults, a company providing sustainable equity and inclusion training to advance workplace culture. She’s since co-founded two more businesses with purpose at their core and credits ongoing therapy and her daughter for some of the best life decisions she’s made.
