Krato'S Nuts Packaging

Case study exploration for packaging design following the previous study of brand identity "Krato'S snacks" and "Krato'S chips". This part is following the development of design packaging concept for different types of nut snacks: • Cardio nuts mix • Whole Almond nuts • Roasted peanuts • Dry roasted cashew nuts • Spicy peanuts • Salted pistachio As part of basic communication was used stamp "100% natural" to direct the nature of ingredients.

Cardio nuts mix defined with green despite of cliché red colour used for "Omega 3" communication so far. Using distinction of light green as colour of fitness, but pink could be in second choice / reserve combination as well.
Whole Almond nuts as raw as they are mostly consumed, communicated with slightly mix of yellow, butter and pineapple .
Roasted peanuts and cashew nuts were similarly communicated with brown colour and association of the roasting process.
Let's spicy up a little, cause the last two proposals are Peanuts with hot pepper and Salted pistachio.
Hot and spicy are regularly communicated with red so I didn't made any differ in this case.
Pistachio pack is communicated with typical green.
Krato'S brand is communicating strength and power through high energy snacks, rich with nutrients: proteins, non-saturated fats, fibers, omega-3 acids and complex carbo-hydrates.

Name is due to deity from Greek mythology - Kratos the god of Power and Strength, who was companion and close ally to Zeus.

As a flame and gold were first association for power, I used them in creating logo along with modern handwritten font.
