Ladies First is a work based on a line extension for the designer label Nasir Mazhar. It is an analysis of the collection and brand image of an emergent designer, the creation of a line/ merchandising plan for a specific market segment. This work consists in: re-merchandising, collection plan and product mix, coordinated image for the new product category. The goal was to create a strategyhat would increase brand revenues and sales, as well as the brand identity.
