Moment of Movement

This was a story about contrast - motion vs stillness, light vs darkness. Mountains of delicate hydrangea, pillowing asparagus fern and dried pink protea were grounded with small pebble hills to create an immersive event landscape at the restaurant Wild by Tart. You can roam around, sit down, explore the installation as you would explore a garden. Bringing nature indoors has incredible power. In order to mimic the ground installation soft, sculptural pockets of hydrangea, asparagus fern and queen anne's lace played within the tablescape with decreasing heights and textures.
