Casino investor Nagakov Inc NAGAKOF said the company's board of directors has adopted a ten-year effective share award scheme, according to filings with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company is also proposing initial deliveries of a total of about 19.23 million shares, including the company's directors.
The company operates the Nagaworld Casino Complex in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. The company has an exclusive license to operate casinos there and around the city.
