D&AD New Blood Shift is our FREE intensive night school, uncovering raw, untrained talent. Shift gives its new creatives a serious industry in, compelling them to make the creative work of their life. Workshops and talks are delivered direct from pros at the top of their game, with learning backed up by real client briefs. Talent leaves the program ready to apply their thinking and their craft, and ready to challenge the industry to look sideways for the skills it seeks.
Shift runs from September to January. We meet two evenings a week and on occasional Saturdays in agencies around London.
