One And Only - Carmelite Prize 2020

My submission to Hachete Carmelite Prize 2020 One and Only is about a lonely bird of paradise who is looking for love and his various failed attempts. The main character I had found many similarities with the recently discovered Vogelkop and based my illustrations around that bird and the Papa New Guinea Rainforest, I also had the village of Port Moresby in the background the lights from the houses provided spotlights for his disco dancing.
