Personality-based job matching platform

Supported the design & creation of a job matching platform designed for a diverse individual base whose skills don't translate well into the job market, due to labour market barriers, such as new immigrants or refugees to Canada. This system uses an online psychometric tool that assesses job seekers’ attitudes, skills and behaviours. The results of this personality assessment allow employers to find job seekers with aptitudes that are well-suited for the types of roles that are in-demand across various industries. Successful employees from real workplaces were assessed and those results formed benchmarks which is the basis for how job seekers are matched to the postings that employers send through this platform. I learned to use excellent organisation and teamwork skills to coordinate various project tasks and take lead on specific project-related objectives.
