For the past four months, I have been working as a Social Media Assistant for Swoon, an online furniture company, as a project specific role.
During my internship, I have been entirely in charge of the Pinterest strategy, growing engagement by 90% with organic activity alone. I am consistently keeping up on home trends in order to create boards that reach the target audience and interior lovers. I have also implemented Pinterest SEO and have measured success and results with Pinterest Analytics.
I have also just rolled out a paid strategy for this channel which is proving successful already. Alongside Pinterest, I was quickly trusted with the strategy and management of the Facebook and Twitter accounts, where I source, create and schedule content to meet a number of business needs. I also launched Instagram stories for the brand in February, playing an integral role in the growth of this channel over the past few months.
