Platoon HQ

Commercial | London Platoon describes itself as ‘a platform for fearless creatives’ and was our first commercial client. We had to respond to the Kings Cross site’s small footprint with an adaptable yet intimate arrangement of spaces, and wanted to create a loft apartment-like feel in a workplace that regularly welcomes both new and established recording artists. The office incorporates flexible work-spaces, social and conference areas, and a screening room and post-production suite, all of which can be configured to allow for live music and network events. We also designed and developed the modular sofa, which we loosely based on elements of London’s Barbican. The effect is a cosy but energetic workplace that has hosted some great parties.
