Pretty Alien

  • Fen Fitzgerald

Fen Fitzgeralds A/W fashion textiles collection 'Pretty Alien' is influenced by unusual and sci-fi-like textures, tactility, shapes and elements of creatures - e.g, the translucency of sea creatures or the sculptural components of uncommon insects. Processes used include CAD and hand embroidery, laser cutting and hand embellishments, digital print and material manipulation. Mixing glamour with a hint of dark theatre Fitzgerald's' collection seeks a high-end luxury fashion target market for those wanting bespoke garments with handmade textiles.
