I was in charge of gathering requirements, planning and collating content for the Pennon Annual Report 2019. I oversaw a team of developers, designers, QA and social media consultant to deliver a website, short looping banner video, social media assets and social media launch plan. Managed the scheduling, timeline, stakeholder management, JIRA tickets, meetings, content matrix, assets, budget. Delivered on time and on budget.
