• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build close relationships and across teams
• Acts as the day-today point person for a dedicated roster of artists
• Collaborate with the artists/manager on the delivery of creative assets such as photos, biographies, promotional material in connection with marketing, digital, and publicity
• Develop and execute distinctive marketing campaigns that includes oversight of promotion, advertising, publicity, and touring
• Develop and maintain industry relationships with booking agents, promoters, publicists, and marketing companies
• Excellent social, oral, and written communication skills
• Handle multiple calendars and schedules
• Maintain artist and management relationships via constant communication
• Prepare, prioritize, and maintain project timelines
• Work closely with artist(s)/manager to design digital marketing strategies that will include advertising, social media strategy, website builds, and more
