Management of an Open Air music festival founded in 2013 in Southern Italy. The role is focused on developing the project according to sustainability issues, social impact, and public relations. In my experience, I curated integrated communication aspects and the co-art direction, reaching results in terms of numbers and benchmarking in the sector. The festival introduced its cultural brand in the Italian cultural ecosystem of live productions, developing spin-offs across the country based on creativity, music management, and one night in high valuable venues. Furthermore, the project grows in paths socially innovative and with a new focus for circular economy and sustainability. It has been resilient in 2020 ensuring the presence in the calendar down-scaling the format to comply with Anti-Covid norms. www.colorfest.it
