The logo was created to portray those exact messages. The top half of the logo is a labyrinth. An ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering but purposeful path. The Labyrinth represents a journey to our own center and back again out into the world. In Greek mythology, the Labyrinth was an elaborate, confusing structure designed and built by the legendary artificer Daedalus for King Minos of Crete at Knossos. Its function was to hold the Minotaur, the monster eventually killed by the hero Theseus. The top bottom is a pyramid like shape. At the spiritual level the pyramid is a symbol for the integration of self-and soul. The ancient Egyptians saw the shape of the pyramids as a method of providing new life to the dead, because the pyramid represented the form of the physical body emerging from the earth and ascending towards the light of the sun. In combination those two symbols unite to represent a human entity, where the labyrinth is the "head" and the pyramid are the "legs". Split it in vertical half and you get the R in reverse. The font was custom made and designed to have a modern hieroglyphic feel to it. Linear A is a writing system used by the Minoans from 1800 to 1450 BC. It belongs to an independent group of scripts that is distinct from Egyptian and Babylonian systems. During the second millennium BC, there were four major branches: Linear A, Linear B, Cypro-Minoan and Cretan hieroglyphic.
