Rebel Kitchen Barista Mylk

Launching in 2020, Rebel Kitchen looked to expand on their popular Mylk® range (Semi-Skimmed & Whole) with Rebel Kitchen Barista Mylk®. Developed alongside renowned coffee expert and YouTube sensation, James Hoffman, the challenge was to create sleek looking packaging that would hold true to the Rebel Kitchen brand ethos and not look out of place in some of the worlds top coffee establishments.

The 1L Tetra Brick is used on both Whole & Semi-Skimmed Mylk products. For Barista, the colours were reversed with white graphics on a black base background. The addition of microfoam to house the 'Blend of plants, tastes like milk' tagline gives a nod towards the product's suggested uses, which is emphasised on the side of pack — foam it up, add it to your coffee.

The inspiration behind the SRP design came from Rebel Kitchen's stand at London Coffee Festival a few years prior, where the back wall was fly postered with images of the brand's products and logos. Key messaging was added to inform consumers of the products USP's such as 'blend of plants, tastes like milk', 'organic' and 'foam it up'.
