For the completion of my degree we were required ro create an 8,000 word portfolio on a subject of interest, I choose the power of marketing influncers, titling my project; ‘Marketing influencers’ – an investigation into the challenging role of influencers at ASOS in an age of paid-for likes, followers and false reality. The aim of this project was to answer the question ‘To what extent is the role of marketing influencers at ASOS changing in response to the inauthentic activity on Instagram?’. Through the duration of this portfolio makin process I was challenging my researching ability, challenging my personal views on social media whilst also seeking industry specialists opinouns. For this project I was graded 66% with the following feedback from my supervisor 'Overall, a very good effort and one that you should be proud of'.
