‘Roger’ was commissioned by the BFI and BBC Arts to premiere their ‘Born Digital’ programme March, 2019. 'Roger' premiered at BFI Southbank NFT1 and aired on BBC4 March, 2019. It was noted as the highlight of the 'Born Digital' programme by the Guardian, and was mentioned in April's issue of Vogue Italia. Lena embarks on her new job as a “Roger,” a service application that provides its clients with a domestic assistant with which they never have to directly communicate. Discomfited by her new role, Lena strives to build a relationship with her employer through unexpected means.
