Sami Tamimi at 180 Corner: a celebration of Palestinian cuisine by 180 STUDIOS
For three nights only, Sami will be in residency in the kitchen to bring his much-loved, sunny plates of food to London, taking guests across the Palestinian coastline and over the aromas of villages in Galilee. NAFAS - the heart and soul that is put into cooking for others - will showcase the rich, culinary heritage of Palestinian cuisine, all while making use of sustainable, low-carbon British produce.

Supporting fair trade Palestinian farmers and producers, the feasting menu spotlights vegetables, grains and plenty of tahini, pairing meat and seafood with the season’s finest and freshest produce. Starters of sharing platters include Musabaha - warm chickpeas, green chilli and lemon sauce; alongside Kishek - fermented bulgur, yoghurt and walnut, all scooped up with freshly baked flatbread. The main course features Fish koftas, with sumac yoghurt and spicy fennel salad; whilst dessert is a typically Sami twist on tradition with Sumac roasted plum, cardamom cream and pistachio brittle.

As with all of Sami’s food, diners at 180 Corner can expect creative dishes and an intimate family style meal, encouraging the sharing of food and conversation.
