SDA - Website Usability

SDA, a member of the Poste Italiane Group, is today one of the most relevant express couriers in Italy. Need to reorganise, simplify and modernise the website and, therefore, the user experience.

The information isn’t always organised intuitively and understandably.
It happened a few times during the analysis to try more than once to find the correct pat to complete a task. This is relevant because it increases by a lot the amount of time that is spent on a single task and, therefore, increases also the frustration of the user.

Another aspect that made it hard to get to the end of a task is the terminology of different functions. Sometimes the names are ambiguous and hard to understand fully.
The fields in which we notice the biggest flaws are the ones regarding the naming of the various elements, the availability of secondary languages other than Italian, the responsiveness of the site, the helpfulness of the internal search engine.
From what results in this analysis, there is no field in which SDA is ahead of the competition, so there needs to be done some major improvement and modernisation to the overall structure of the website.
