I created this challenge during the first lockdown in 2020 as I felt everyone around me was having a hard time dealing with the current climate. The exercise is split into three parts which you fill out everyday as a reflection exercise to restore gratitude, remind yourself of your achievements and is a way to check in with yourself. At the bottom of each template is a section to nominate a friend to take part in the challenge too so we can spread the self-care message through the community.
