Sensory overload

This was my final year collection sensory overload made to spread acceptance for autism and show elements of autism and how beautiful the mind of someone with autism can be. This collection included The acceptance dress- Inspired by Elma the elephant showing acceptance and embracement of differences The emotion dress- Made for the wearer to be able to interact with changing the start colour depending on how someone feels to help with people who are non verbal or who struggle to show emotion. Struggles with emotion can be a bit issue for people with autism The anxiety set- A 2 peace set made with bright vibrant colours and eye printed fabric to show the paranoia of anxiety. Anxiety and fear of socialising is a bit issue for meany people with autism I am an autistic designer and this project was very personal to me and I hope it inspires others
