Combining the imagination in Syfy with the discovery in Spotify

Using the project as a tribute to Leonard Nimoy, we decided to base our whole brand around the Spock character
The idea is to link Syfy to the music world using a partnership with Spotify. The new Spotify extension would allow both Syfy and Spotify fans to share common interests, allowing them to listen to hidden soundtracks – including Syfy remixes and clues about upcoming films.
The two brands would work with music artists of all genres who are secret sci-fi fans, to create hidden sci-fi tracks for Spotify users to enjoy. With the Spockify upgrade and app, fans can hear the hidden songs and listen to audio tracks from upcoming programmes. This could be promoted through social media, ambient and print. We even had the idea of creating secret pop-up 'Spockifests' – secret concerts for Spockify fans.
