Staying In: recipes and stories from isolation (editor)

Staying In is a charity e-cookbook, founded and shot by photographer Issy Croker when in isolation. It features over 45 recipes, donated by chefs and food writers, including Anna Jones, Melissa Hemsley, Gizzi Erskine, Thomasina Miers and GBBO winner Edd Kimber, amongst others. 100% of the book’s proceeds (currently sitting at over £40,000) are going to Chefs in Schools’ emergency appeal fund to support their work on the ground providing vulnerable children, and their families, with lunch boxes to replace free school meals. Each box feeds a family with pre-prepared hot lunches for five days, plus cereal and fruit. The e-cookbook is available to download via a ‘pay what you can’ (minimum £5) donation over on stayinginthebook.com. It has been featured across the press including in The Times, Telegraph, Guardian, Observer, House and Garden, Stylist and YOU magazine.
