Stefano Colferai x Converse
Introducing the new Converse Twisted Resort collection... On the occasion of the release of this pack, the Run Star Hike and the Chuck 70, both in the high-top and low-top versions, are coloured by the aesthetics of the American desert, made up of alien encounters, music festivals and lysergic experiences. With illustration a perfect channel for communicating a brand’s attitude and uniqueness, Stop-motion artist Stefano Colferai created a campaign for the release that playfully celebrates Converse’ world of pack-inspired references, with aliens and flying saucers among Nevada cacti and rocks.
What is your favourite aspect from the Twisted Resort collection, and what inspired you for the creative?
Stefano - 'The thing I like most is that everything is insanely connected bythecrazyextraterrestrial graphics, tapping into the supernatural with alien’s, ufo’s and cows getting abducted. It links perfectly, stretching the imagination. It seems to be a scene of ordinary madness that looks funny and intriguing.'
