Stranger Things Title Sequence
A playful representation of the ‘Stranger Things’ world, this title sequence takes the visual language of the 80’s Netflix series and takes it into a pixel art dimension, resulting in a memorable and fitting piece of animation.
The aim was to represent the ‘Stranger Things’ world in a visual style fitting to the time period - using retro pixel style graphics of the video games of the time, using a similar slow pacing to the original sequence to build excitement for the show following after. The typography of the cast and crew names was integrated seamlessly to create a believable world, and for the outcome to feel more like an experience than a title sequence.
