Study - Why Illustration is used in UX Design?

My Dissertation for my final year in university focused on Illustration in UX Design. Specifically, powerful illustration is as a communication tool and how it can aid to improving a user experience. For the artefact, I displayed a five part infographic series that covers roughly an entire UX process project. The reason why I chose UX and Illustrations as a focal point for my research project is because they’re both areas in the creative industry that I find the most interesting.
