Responsible for delivery of all Event content at Surface Design Show, a three-day B2B show in February 2015.
I ensured that the programme of seminars, debate and awards were delivered on time, with the correct technical specifications. This meant building a relationship with over 45 different speakers in the build up to the show, responding to their specific needs and providing the necessary information.
Along with a support team of three on-site, events ran smoothly across across all three theatres because of considerable forward planning.
I received very positive feedback from colleagues and speakers, and the show had a 48% increase in visitors on 2014.
