Techno Textiles - Surface Pattern & Animation Project

This was another of my final year projects where we were asked to design a surface pattern to be used on a smart textile. I created to design a bacteria repeat pattern to be used on a special type of fabric that has the ability to destroy bacteria living in the fibres when placed in sunlight. I designed and made a set of children's pyjamas and loungewear with the intention that it would be used in children's hospitals. I also took elements from the patterns and turned it into a looping animation.
