The Fondant Foundation: Creating a Volunteering Opportunity

A zero-waste bakery that gives you an opportunity to raise awareness around food scarcity while showing off your baking skills? That is The Fondant Foundation, inspired by 16 year old Harry Styles who worked at a bakery. My 4th personal project for my portfolio is a website for The Fondant Foundation, who were looking for a way to integrate a volunteering opportunity within their website to encourage their customers who were passionate about tackling food scarcity, to volunteer their time. While this project gave me space to practice my UI skills, I had a massive helping hand from Jessica Teal!! Jessica's experience working in the non-profit space provided a glimpse on how to design and empower organisations who are striving for social changes.
