Alive with Culture. A landmark building needs a landmark idea. Our concept ‘Alive with Culture’, defined The Music Box; an iconic building in Southwark housing a world famous contemporary music college (LCCM), a public performance space and 72 luxury apartments. The story begins with the buildings architecture. Musical inspiration is designed into the very fabric of the building with slots representing sheet music cut into the exterior and white enamel fins designed to look like piano keys wrap around the structure. The concept continued throughout the marketing of the apartments and our brand partnership with Gordon Ramsay group allowed us to host a launch event at the Union Street Cafe inviting guests and potential purchasers to a celebration of music alongside Michelin starred food. The concept also linked the building with Southwark’s unique cultural offering appealing to both locals and global buyers wanting to buy into the culture and style that only Southwark can offer. Our brand led approach allowed Taylor Wimpey Central London to increase desirability achieving an unprecedented value per sq. ft. and selling all apartments off plan, ahead of schedule.
