MARKETING & EVENTS ASSISTANT · TRENDWATCHING · LONDON Marketing and logistics for Trendwatching’s Global Trend Event Series 2016 in Singapore, Sydney, Chicago,London & Amsterdam. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sourcing and briefing volunteers, photographers and videographers as well as being their on the day point of contact. Ensuring information and media on event micro-sites were up to date. Working with the design team and external suppliers to help produce all event collateral. Logistical management of the delivery of event materials and speaker travel plans globally. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: Selling out all five events with 2500 participants in attendance.
