The order of things
Bref and requirements: Design a 12-page article for an existing publication using an excerpt from a text by Michel Foucault called ‘The Order Of Things’. You have been supplied the text as a word/text file. As with many design jobs, you must work within a set of constraints, the ‘specifications’ of the project.
Specifications
– Format: 180 x 240 mm (portrait)
– Extent: 12pp (starts on right-hand page)
– Colors: Black only (the publication is black and white)
– Materials: As the article fits within a 12pp signature, you may specify paper stock
