Competition: Views on the West
Host: Zeebelt Theatre, The Hague, Netherlands

An audio clip was provided as the brief of the competition. The clip was a compilation of Indian views on the west. Based on this, the challenge was to design a poster that would reflect any / many views of the west.
For my poster, I chose to represent an amalgamation of many views.
Similar to a salad, I represented the concept of the west being beautiful and adequate but at the same time lacking vivacity. I made the salad (a common dish of the west) with materials such as foam, paper
and plastic to portray the dull and dry nature of the west behind its
tempting facade. 

Specifics: Salad made with materials such as paper, paint and plastic
and then photographed for use in the poster.

Size: A2 or Length 23.4 in × Height 16.5 in
