Does drinking water affect your attention span? An experiment was conducted with a group of people aged 19 to 21 over a series of 7 days. They were required to each drink different amounts water and then participate in an attention span test each day. Other factors that could affect a person’s attention span were recorded along with their timings on the attention span test. In summary, the amount of water you drink daily does have an effect of your attention span if drunk consistently. In addition this experiment found that having a routine and doing exercise had a huge impact on your attention span.
