As part of the fourth year Graphic design degree show at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, we created a booklet to showcase our year and to help fundraise for New Blood. The publication included designer profiles, studio facts from our last year and time at university as well as a list of thanks on the back cover. In our solution we wanted to put the focus on our year as designers, since our work was already being exhibited. Each student has a designer profile, with a short and fun quote about what they like to introduce them. We matched this with a series of questions about their favourite typeface, colour and design studio. Dotted throughout the profiles are some facts about our success as a class at design competitions, along with our favourite inspirational design quotes. Our aim with the publication was to give a little snapshot of our graphic design class as designers, in an instant yet quirky way. We produced a limited run of risograph printed booklets, using purple and green ink throughout the publication. The minimal colour palette gives the opportunity for simple colour overlays in the design of the front and back cover, whilst being varied enough to work with the grid on the inside pages. This booklet was a collaborative effort between Sandra Campbell, Rhianne Connelly and Dawn Neely
